Cleo is seeking a talented Frontend React/React Native Engineer to join their team in Poland. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company focused on improving financial health. The selected candidate will work within a cross-functional product squad, collaborating with designers, UX writers, backend engineers, and data analysts to develop impactful features for Cleo users.

The Product Engineer will be instrumental in building and enhancing Cleo's React Native application, crafting user experiences that promote financial well-being. They will participate in the full development lifecycle, from product ideation to deployment, and use data to optimize the user journey.

This is a fully remote position within Poland, offering flexibility and growth opportunities within a fast-paced unicorn startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing features in React Native to improve users' financial health.
  • Writing automated tests to ensure code quality.
  • Using AB-Tests and feature flags for rapid iteration.
  • Analyzing user data to optimize the Cleo experience.
  • Participating in weekly app releases.
  • Contributing to cross-functional concerns within the frontend chapter.
  • Taking part in squad activities including product ideation, user research, design reviews, retrospectives, ways of working sessions, product demos, OKR reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience using React Native / React with TypeScript.
  • Proven experience in mobile app development or a strong interest in moving into the mobile app space.
  • Passion for improving the financial health of users.
