BTIG is seeking a Compensation and Analytics Vice President to join their HR team in New York. This role involves managing various compensation elements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective compensation strategies. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and analyzing compensation data.Role involves:
- Making informed recommendations on compensation strategy.
- Monitoring individual compensation decisions.
- Providing awareness of compensation trends and regulatory changes.
- Developing and maintaining HR compensation reports.
- Managing bi-monthly payroll review.
- Overseeing bi-weekly pay profile audits.
- Managing employee paycheck inquiries.
- Maintaining and managing ADP.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, preferably in financial services.
- BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, HR, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience in managing complex compensation structures.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
