Isaac, a leading financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Specialist I to join their team. This role focuses on building and managing a robust pipeline of potential strategic partners to drive Isaac's growth.

The Business Specialist will prioritize partner profiles, design acquisition strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and build processes with internal teams to enable partnerships. The role involves identifying and prospecting potential strategic partners, developing and implementing customized partnership strategies, engaging internal teams, and monitoring partnership performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and prospecting potential strategic partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or strategic partnerships.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
• Graduation in Administration, Marketing, or related area.
