Roadie, a UPS company, is seeking a Customer Implementation Specialist to serve as the primary contact for new customers during onboarding. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience, ensuring customers are well-equipped to use Roadie effectively and achieve success within their first 90 days. What this role involves: - Serving as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding and expansion process.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer business needs.
- Creating configured implementation plans and solutions.
- Delivering training to customers.
- Owning project management for each implementation.
- Monitoring sender progress and performance.
- Maintaining accurate records of the implementation process.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer implementation process.
- Aligning early with business development teams and prospective customers.
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Managing a successful handoff to the Customer Operations Partner.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer implementation, project management, or customer success/operations roles.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A strong passion for customer success.
- Ability to effectively manage ambiguity.
