Job Description
Clara is seeking a dynamic Territory Lead to expand its presence in Chihuahua and drive customer acquisition. Clara is the leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America.
The Territory Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, managing a pipeline of prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sector, a proven track record in sales, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Role involves:
- Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Conducting research on target accounts and segmenting them effectively.
- Identifying and implementing best practices to improve sales processes.
- Building monthly sales forecasts and managing the pipeline.
- Monitoring key metrics and taking ownership of sales performance.
- Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Control Desk, and Product teams.
- Achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sector.
- A four-year college degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools.
- Proven experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and networking strategies.
- Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
