Job Description
Clara is seeking a dynamic Territory Lead to expand its presence in Guanajuato and drive customer acquisition. Clara is the leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America, used by 20,000+ companies. This role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow the company's footprint in the region.

Role involves:
  • Managing a comprehensive database of prospects and deals within the CRM.
  • Conducting research on target accounts to prioritize outreach.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices to improve sales processes.
  • Building monthly sales forecasts and maintaining an updated pipeline.
  • Monitoring key metrics and using the BANT methodology to qualify deals.
  • Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Control Desk, and Product teams.
  • Achieving and surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sector.
  • A four-year college degree.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, with a track record in outbound sales and prospecting from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft, Scrabin, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven experience with cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach, and networking strategies.
  • Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
