Clara is seeking a dynamic Territory Lead to drive customer acquisition and growth in Querétaro. The Territory Lead will play a crucial role in expanding Clara's presence in the region by developing and executing a strategic sales plan. Clara is the leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America, used by over 20,000 companies.Role involves:
- Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline.
- Conducting thorough research on target accounts.
- Identifying and implementing best practices.
- Building monthly sales forecasts.
- Monitoring and taking full ownership of key metrics.
- Collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, Control Desk, and Product teams.
- Achieving and surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sector.
- A four-year college degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools.
- Proven experience with cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach, and networking strategies.
- Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
