Job Description
Clara is seeking a dynamic Territory Lead to drive customer acquisition and growth in Querétaro. The Territory Lead will play a crucial role in expanding Clara's presence in the region by developing and executing a strategic sales plan. Clara is the leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America, used by over 20,000 companies.Role involves:
  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline.
  • Conducting thorough research on target accounts.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Building monthly sales forecasts.
  • Monitoring and taking full ownership of key metrics.
  • Collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, Control Desk, and Product teams.
  • Achieving and surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sector.
  • A four-year college degree.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools.
  • Proven experience with cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach, and networking strategies.
  • Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
