Clara, the leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America, is seeking a dynamic Territory Lead to drive customer acquisition and growth in Quintana Roo. This role involves expanding Clara's presence in the region through the development and execution of a strategic sales plan. The Territory Lead will manage a comprehensive database of prospects, conduct research on target accounts, and continuously improve sales processes by identifying local best practices.
- Managing and organizing a database of prospects and deals within the CRM.
- Conducting research on target accounts to prioritize outreach.
- Identifying and implementing best sales practices.
- Building monthly sales forecasts and maintaining an updated pipeline.
- Monitoring key metrics and using the BANT methodology.
- Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Control Desk, and Product teams.
- Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
Requirements: - Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sector.
- A four-year college degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools.
- Proven experience with cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach, and networking strategies.
- Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
