Job Description
Notion is seeking an Internal Workspace Architect to manage their internal Notion workspace. The ideal candidate will enhance organizational efficiency and improve ways of working within the company's own platform. This role involves designing, building, and managing Notion's internal workspace, leveraging AI features to optimize its functionality. The architect will also document best practices, define workspace design standards, and collaborate across teams to translate needs into seamless workflows.

Role involves:
  • Architecting and scaling reusable workspace solutions.
  • Creating playbooks, templates, and demos to share learnings.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to translate team needs into workflows.
  • Training new hires and providing real-time support.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, program management, or a similar role.
  • Mastery of Notion, including building large workspaces and teaching others.
  • Systems thinking to identify patterns and design scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for writing documentation and influencing teams.
  • Technical skills for troubleshooting and working with technical and non-technical teammates.
