Job Description

PhonePe is seeking a Head of Content and Education to lead content strategy and educational initiatives for Share.Market. The role involves shaping the narrative of Share.Market and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance, content creation skills, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging content.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create high-quality content across various platforms.
• Develop educational materials to support investor education.
• Collaborate with research, product, and PR teams.
• Lead content creation efforts, including writing, editing, and producing content.
• Monitor and analyze financial markets.
• Manage a team of content creators, designers, and video editors.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in content creation, financial education, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of finance.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• CFA Charterholder / Level 3 candidate or MBA from a Tier-1 College in India.
