Job Description
PhonePe is seeking an HR Specialist to partner with the Sales Team in driving business priorities. This role is based in Bangalore and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.He/she will be responsible for:
  • Identifying workforce requirements and ensuring alignment with the annual operating plan.
  • Sourcing, reviewing profiles, interviewing candidates, and rolling out offers.
  • Onboarding and managing workforce across multiple levels in sales.
  • Partnering with regional sales managers to deliver on business targets.
  • Maintaining strong employee connections and regular touch points.
  • Tracking sales manpower productivity and preparing reports.
  • Addressing employee grievances and ensuring fair resolution.
  • Ensuring proactive employee communication on processes and policies.
  • Conducting exit interviews and analyzing exit interview data.
Requirements for this role include:
  • MBA - HR from reputed campus.
  • 1-2 years of proven working experience in HR generalist or Talent Acquisition.
  • Exposure to the start-up environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the business.
  • Drive for impact and ability to demonstrate success.
  • Strong ethics and discretion to deal with confidential information.
