Mirakl is seeking a Platform Advisory & Customer Success Manager to drive the success of its strategic platforming initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. This role involves leading and developing a team, delivering business cases, and guiding clients in marketplace strategy. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them maximize marketplace performance.Mirakl is a global leader in platform business innovation, empowering enterprises to drive growth and efficiency in their online business.
What this role involves: - Leading, managing, and coaching a team of at least two full-time employees.
- Delivering compelling business cases and presentations to C-level prospects.
- Guiding prospects and clients in deep-diving into marketplace strategy.
- Managing a portfolio of Retail and Direct-to-Consumer customers.
- Building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Establishing commercial action plans to help clients maximize marketplace performance.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on change management initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews to executive stakeholders.
- Sharing best practices around seller onboarding, management, and optimization strategies.
- Representing the APAC team at external events.
Mirakl is looking for candidates with: - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of industry experience in consulting, e-commerce, or strategic roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
- Experience with Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce strategies and marketplace business models.
- Highly organized and proactive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to different corporate environments and cultures.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region (up to 20-30%).
