Job Description
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Customer Advocate to manage customer relationships and ensure user adoption of their software solutions. The Customer Advocate will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the Peregrine team, conveying customer feedback to engineers and assisting customers with platform updates and features. This role involves analyzing data to optimize user experience and building strong relationships with agency stakeholders through on-site visits.
Responsibilities: - Prioritize full user adoption and long-term customer relationships.
- Address customer challenges and identify new value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to overcome obstacles and ensure customer success.
- Develop case studies and success stories to highlight Peregrine's value.
Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience supporting customers in adopting technical software solutions.
- Experience working directly with law enforcement, public safety, or the military.
- Experience in the enterprise software space; startup experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of zero churn and positive net revenue retention.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Located in Arizona.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
