Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description

Orchard Mortgage, an affiliate of Orchard, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to provide mortgage services to Orchard's real estate customers. The Mortgage Loan Officer will build relationships with Orchard Agents and customers, offering services such as free refinances. This is a remote position based in the Greater Atlanta, GA area, with occasional attendance at agent networking events.Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients about financing solutions.
• Build relationships with Orchard's real estate agents.
• Serve as the go-to person for home financing needs.
• Close a high percentage of captive leads and manage a pipeline of 10-15 loans per month.
• Collaborate with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem.
• Support weekend coverage once per month.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of lending experience.
• Active NMLS license or registered (Georgia required).
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Passion for customer service and relationship building.
• Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA.
• Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems.
