Mortgage Loan Officer

Orchard is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join their team. This role is fully dedicated to offering mortgage services to Orchard’s real estate customers, providing a seamless home buying transaction. The ideal candidate will build excellent relationships with Orchard Agents and customers, securing their future loan business through unique services. This is a remote position based in the Greater Seattle area, requiring attendance at monthly agent networking events.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients on financing solutions.
• Build relationships with Orchard’s real estate agents.
• Serve as the go-to person for home financing needs.
• Close a high percentage of leads and manage a pipeline of 10-15 loans per month.
• Collaborate with teams across Real Estate and Title Operations.
• Support weekend coverage once per month.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of lending experience.
• Active NMLS license or registration (Washington required).
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Passion for customer service and relationship building.
• Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA guidelines.
• Technology savvy, preference for experience with Blend and Byte.
