Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description

Orchard is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join Orchard Mortgage, an affiliate of Orchard, dedicated to providing mortgage services to real estate customers. The Mortgage Loan Officer will build relationships with Orchard agents and customers, offering financing solutions and managing a pipeline of loans. This is a remote position based in the Nashville area, requiring attendance at agent networking events.About Orchard

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients about current needs and financing solutions.
• Build relationships with Orchard’s real estate agents.
• Be the go-to person for all home financing related needs.
• Close a high percentage of captive leads and manage pipeline of at least 10-15 loans per month.
• Work collaboratively with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem.
• Support weekend coverage once per month.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years experience with lending experience.
• Active NMLS license or registered (Tennessee required).
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Passion for customer service and relationship building.
• Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA.
• Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems.
