Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description

Orchard is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join their team. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for consulting with clients, building relationships with Orchard's real estate agents, and closing a high percentage of captive leads. This role involves working collaboratively with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem to provide the best customer outcomes.

• Consulting with clients about current needs and financing solutions.
• Building relationships with Orchard’s real estate agents.
• Closing a high percentage of captive leads and managing a pipeline of at least 10-15 loans per month.
• Working collaboratively with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem.
• Supporting weekend coverage once per month.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered in Arizona.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• A passion for customer service and relationship building.
• Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA.
• Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems.
