Job Description
Orchard is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join their team in Austin, Texas. This role involves consulting with clients, building relationships with real estate agents, and managing a pipeline of loans. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and deep knowledge of lending guidelines.

Role Involves:
- Consulting with clients about current needs and financing solutions.
- Building relationships with Orchard’s real estate agents.
- Managing a pipeline of at least 10-15 loans per month.
- Collaborating with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem.
- Supporting weekend coverage once per month.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years experience with lending experience.
- Active NMLS license or registered (Texas required).
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA.
- Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems.
