MiQ, a global programmatic media partner, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their Data and Analytics (DnA) team in London. This role involves crafting compelling campaign insights and high-impact visual assets to engage clients and drive results. The Senior Designer will collaborate with marketing, DnA, and trading teams to support integrated campaign insights with high-quality design assets.MiQ is looking for someone to translate insight strategies into cohesive visual narratives, design data visualizations, and enhance the design quality of insights reports. The role involves managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring MiQ’s insight templates are visually engaging and easy to interpret.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to support campaign insights with design assets.
  • Maintain and update the data visualization library and templates.
  • Translate insight strategies into visual narratives.
  • Design data visualizations for storytelling.
  • Enhance the design quality of insights reports.
  • Create visually engaging formats such as infographics and motion graphics.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years’ of design experience in Insights and data visualisation design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and performance-focused marketing assets.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in a global operation.
  • Proficiency in G-suite, PPT and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong sense of design/typography, color, and layout.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and their design nuances.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
