Role Involves: - Building and launching multi-channel outbound plays.
- Creating short, impactful outbound messaging.
- Collaborating with SDRs and Sales to refine strategies.
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Ops for system coordination.
- Integrating AI tools and automation for personalized scaling.
- Tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in GTM, including time as an SDR.
- Proficiency in writing outbound messaging and building plays.
- Understanding of modern outbound tools and tactics.
- Ability to translate strategy into action.
- Creativity, agility, and a passion for testing and learning.
