QA Manager

Job Description

Delasport, a company specializing in iGaming software, is seeking a QA Manager to lead their Manual and Automation QA team in Kyiv. The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of complex distributed systems in high-load environments. This role involves managing the overall QA strategy, driving process improvements, and ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

The ideal candidate will be experienced, proactive, and results-driven, ready to make a significant impact on Delasport's products and team success.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of testing activities across multiple projects.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing effective QA processes.
• Collaborating with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Defining comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Mentoring and guiding a team of QA engineers.
• Overseeing the handling of production incidents and providing troubleshooting support.
• Analyzing test results and providing actionable feedback.
• Managing the recruitment process for new QA team members.

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies and QA tools.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining test documentation and reports.
• Experience in API testing and testing web applications with API integrations.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Postman, Kibana, and OpenSearch.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to lead teams and provide mentorship.
• Good written and spoken English.
