Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant (Presales) to join their EMEA team, focusing on Agentic and AI solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to demonstrate how Workato Agentic can transform their work. The Senior Solutions Consultant will team with Sales AEs and Solution Architects to promote Workato's AI capabilities and tailor solutions to customer's AI use cases. They will educate various audiences on AI and Generative AI architectural concepts and assist sales teams with technical discovery, architecting AI blueprint solutions using Workato products. The role also includes creating custom product demonstrations, supporting technical workshops, and providing feedback to product management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Proven track record as an AI Engineer
  • 6-10 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPass organization
  • Familiarity with LLMs and chat based AI applications
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, function calling, chain of prompt reasoning
  • Hands-on experience using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and Databases
  • Knowledge of python programming
