Job Description
Dialogue is seeking a Vice-President of Primary Care Operations to oversee the delivery and growth of their Primary Care program. Reporting to the Senior Vice-President of Service Operations, the role involves ensuring alignment with quality, member satisfaction, and financial performance targets. The VP will lead both clinical and non-clinical teams, driving operational excellence, supporting program scalability, and fostering collaboration across key corporate functions.

What this role involves:
  • Driving operational and financial performance.
  • Implementing targeted action plans to address KPIs.
  • Designing and leading innovation within the function.
  • Managing and structuring a team of 300+ health care professionals.
  • Being a key stakeholder to other corporate functions.
  • Contributing to the overall business growth and shaping the long term strategy of the Primary Care program.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience driving operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • A collaborative mindset and experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a strong asset.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
