Job Description
Gong is seeking a Director of Talent Development to design and deliver impactful experiences for its senior leadership community. This role will report to the Head of Talent Development and will be responsible for end-to-end executive talent development, from needs assessment to solution design and evaluation. The Director will serve as an advisor and facilitator, shaping leaders who embody Gong’s culture and drive business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence Gong’s strategic direction and culture during a critical growth stage.

Role involves:
  • Partnering with senior leaders to define leadership capabilities.
  • Designing global manager development initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in leadership/executive development, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering leadership development solutions for senior executive audiences.
  • Experience scaling leadership programs globally.
  • Ability to translate business concepts into actionable development experiences.
  • Experience leveraging leadership assessments and executive coaching programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with operational excellence.
  • Technologically adept with hybrid learning approaches.
  • Passionate learner staying current on leadership development trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
