Razorpay is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting to lead enterprise success through technical expertise and strategic vision. This role involves driving revenue and innovation by leading high-impact solutions for key enterprise and midmarket clients, mentoring a team of consultants, and shaping the future of fintech by solving complex business challenges.Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Enterprise Sales to design winning strategies for high-value deals.
- Translating client pain points into differentiated fintech solutions.
- Leading end-to-end solutioning, including discovery workshops and technical demonstrations.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering to build scalable solutions.
- Growing and mentoring a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants.
- Acting as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Technical Sales, with 3+ years leading teams in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Deep payments/fintech expertise with APIs and complex deployments.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to uncover hidden needs and craft compelling value narratives.
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Engineering degree (CS/IT preferred) + MBA or equivalent strategic/business acumen.
