Senior Manager, Group Compliance

Job Description

Razorpay is seeking a Senior Manager, Group Compliance to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves formulating project plans for compliance with RBI, NPCI, and network guidelines, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing guidance on regulatory developments. The Senior Manager will also drive international compliance, including obtaining licenses and ensuring post-licensing compliance. Experience with regulatory inspections and audits is an advantage.

Role involves:
• Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies
• Formulating compliance project plans
• Collaborating with stakeholders
• Providing guidance on regulatory developments
• Driving international compliance

Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory issue validation, and auditing
• Strong understanding of laws, rules, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Self-starter with advanced analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth experience in the Payments sector in India
• Exposure to SEA compliance (advantage)
