Lightspeed is seeking a passionate and driven Account Executive to join their growing Sales team in Ghent, Belgium. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a strong command of English, and possess a passion for sales, technology, and supporting businesses. Role Involves:

• Building relationships with potential clients
• Driving sales results
• Qualifying leads (for SDR roles)
• Managing the full sales cycle (for Full-Cycle Account Executive roles)
• Representing Lightspeed in the field (for Field Sales Account Executive roles)
• Consultative selling and navigating complex sales cycles (for Strategic Account Executive roles)

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, plus a good command of English
• Passion for sales, tech, and supporting businesses
• Resilience to bounce back from rejection
• Proactive and curious mindset
• Great communication skills
• Experience in sales (preferred, but not required for Sales Development roles)
