Sales Enablement & Training Manager

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Manager to play a vital role in the lifecycle of their Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role involves providing thorough onboarding for new team members and ensuring the sales teams remain enabled as products and processes evolve. The Sales Enablement & Training Manager will collaborate with sales leaders and revenue operations to enhance sales performance and drive quota attainment.Responsibilities include:

• Leading real-time and asynchronous onboarding and training for new starters.
• Continuously training existing teams on updates and new initiatives.
• Creating and updating sales enablement resources, including playbooks, scripts, and self-led learning modules.
• Gathering insights from Sales ICs, leaders, and trainees to refine onboarding and enablement programs.
• Collaborating with Sales leaders to coach sales representatives and provide necessary tools.
• Analyzing sales performance data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Partnering with Sales leaders and Revenue Operations to design and implement sales enablement strategies.

Requirements include:

• Understanding of the GTM sales environment.
• Experience in developing and facilitating enablement, onboarding, and training programs.
• Understanding of adult learning theory (ALT).
• Experience in using a data-driven approach to enablement.
