dbt Labs is seeking a Partner Manager in Costa Rica to scale partner management and operations for dbt Cloud. This role focuses on driving partner engagement with System Integrator (SI) and Consulting partners, streamlining processes, and supporting partners in building their business around dbt Cloud. The Partner Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing operational processes and enabling partners to self-serve and succeed with dbt Cloud.
What This Role Involves:
Collaborating with SI partners to identify co-selling opportunities.
Supporting partner practice and services development.
Facilitating self-service adoption through our portal.
Managing partner inquiries and back-end processes.
Conducting regular check-ins and training for partners.
Identifying new cloud opportunities through partner engagement.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or partner operations.
Experience driving revenue and co-sell outcomes with partners.
Understanding of how to manage and optimize processes across a broad partner base.
Strong operational mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
