dbt Labs is seeking a Manager, Sales Development to lead their SDR team in Austin. The role involves servant-leadership, optimizing strategies for pipeline generation and revenue growth. The manager will lead with empathy and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, onboard, manage, and retain a team of 6-8 SDRs
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Enablement for onboarding and career pathing
  • Partner with marketing to increase inbound conversion rates
  • Develop omni-channel outreach strategies
  • Optimize processes and identify bottlenecks
  • Build and maintain reporting across Salesforce, Looker, and Excel
  • Lead strategic regional pipeline meetings
  • Lead SDR meetings and 1x1s
  • Increase direct reports’ technical and business acumen

Requirements:

  • Experience selling a technical product
  • 1+ years of Sales Development leadership or 3+ years as an Account Executive
  • SDR experience (inbound and outbound)
  • Enablement experience
