Vonage is seeking a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth within the mid-market segment. This role is pivotal in scaling Vonage's presence and aligning multi-product solutions with customer business transformation goals. The Account Executive will specialize in key industries and lead strategic customer engagements.
Role Involves:
- Managing direct and indirect selling across various sources.
- Developing strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer impact.
- Generating and managing a healthy pipeline.
- Delivering tailored value propositions aligned with customer priorities.
- Selling multi-product solutions across UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI.
- Navigating complex buying groups and building consensus.
- Forecasting pipeline and bookings through Salesforce.
- Partnering cross-functionally with various teams.
- Ensuring seamless post-sale handoffs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of technology or SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling subscription-based SaaS solutions.
- Strong prospecting skills.
- Experience leading multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tools.
- Vertical market expertise or a desire to specialize.
- Solution selling and consultative sales skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
