Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Senior Director, Mid-Market & Enterprise (MME) Sales for the West Region. This role is crucial for regional sales success and driving national MME alignment and transformation. The Senior Director will lead the West MME sales team, contribute to GTM transformation, and foster a culture of execution. They will collaborate with various teams to implement integrated go-to-market strategies aligned with Vonage's growth plan. This leadership position offers the opportunity to influence Vonage's North American business.
Role involves:
- Owning sales strategy and execution for the West MME region.
- Leading a team of Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching sales talent.
- Delivering against pipeline generation targets and revenue goals.
- Driving execution consistency across MME regions.
- Championing pipeline health and sales process discipline.
- Leading local and regional go-to-market planning.
- Engaging with customers and partners to drive strategic wins.
- Forecasting accurately and maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Track record of building high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in mid-market and enterprise sales motions.
- Experience with pipeline generation strategies.
- Strong operational discipline in forecasting and CRM utilization.
- Success in driving go-to-market transformation initiatives.
- Experience in vertical-focused sales models preferred.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
