AB InBev is seeking a Global Manager for Internal Communications & Change Management to support the Growth Group. This role offers the opportunity to impact and enable global teams to effectively navigate change. The manager will partner with senior stakeholders, leveraging communications strategies to engage colleagues.Responsibilities include:

• Developing internal communications strategies.
• Conducting stakeholder interviews.
• Partnering with the People team on communications.
• Crafting communications strategies for Rewards model transparency.
• Writing internal messages for senior leaders.
• Building employee engagement plans.
• Collaborating on change communications.
• Supporting project management and execution.
• Maintaining communications calendar.
• Supporting town hall decks.
• Partnering with global and local communications teams.
