This role offers the opportunity to impact and enable global teams to effectively navigate change. The manager will partner with senior stakeholders, leveraging communications strategies to engage colleagues.Responsibilities include:
- Developing internal communications strategies.
- Conducting stakeholder interviews.
- Partnering with the People team on communications.
- Crafting communications strategies for Rewards model transparency.
- Writing internal messages for senior leaders.
- Building employee engagement plans.
- Collaborating on change communications.
- Supporting project management and execution.
- Maintaining communications calendar.
- Supporting town hall decks.
- Partnering with global and local communications teams.
