Senior AI Researcher

Job Description

K Health is seeking a Senior AI Researcher to join its data science team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern AI methods, including ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, and Computer Vision, with a passion for turning theoretical problems into practical products. This role involves utilizing unique clinical data to develop AI-based solutions that provide immediate medical benefits to millions of people. The researcher will have end-to-end responsibility for their models, from ideation and research to full productization and monitoring.Responsibilities include:

• Developing clinical AI models to drive K Health's clinics' medical workflows on the provider side.
• Integrating AI algorithms with ML, DL, CV, and Gen-AI solutions tailored to specific clinical needs.
• Designing and building scalable and efficient pipelines for data preprocessing, information extraction, and model training.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest AI research and best practices and integrating them into K Health's products.
• Communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of industry experience in researching ML/Deep/NLP/CV problems and implementing solutions using methods including Deep Learning approach (utilizing standard frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LLMs etc.).
• M.Sc./PhD in Computer Science / Statistics / Engineering / Mathematics / Physics with applied focus on machine learning/ CV / deep learning or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Proven experience in Python.
• Experience in data exploration and visualization.
• Technical skills in the higher end of the data science stack.
• Fast learner, proven problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude, daring, curiosity, and willingness to learn and teach.
