Job Description
Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, is seeking a Senior Analytics Executive to join their team in Gurugram, India. This role involves working on a major Brand Equity tracking project for a regional client, covering multiple Therapy Areas across various European markets. The Senior Analytics Executive will report to the Analytics Director based in the UK and will collaborate with colleagues in Europe and India.
The role involves:
- Applying programming skills in MS Excel VBA.
- Running analyses in SPSS/R/Q.
- Enriching the understanding of research executives regarding statistical and digital methodologies.
- Supporting all stages of project progression.
- Building Excel tools such as market simulators.
- Liaising with Data Collection and Data Processing teams.
- Responding to statistical questions.
- Running and interpreting statistical analysis.
- Contributing to study deliverables.
- Supporting Directors in client-facing activities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of practical experience in data science, market research, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with SPSS and R.
- Experience in Key Drivers Analysis, SEM, Segmentation, Conjoint, Maxdiff, TURF.
- Experience with secondary data, econometric modelling, claims data, Bayesian networks, Machine learning models is desirable.
- Proactive, dedicated, and enthusiastic attitude.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player.
- Effective communication skills.
