Job Description
Moniepoint, a leading African fintech company, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the loan portfolio and lead a team of Field Credit Officers in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for setting performance targets, managing credit risk, and driving business growth.This role involves:
- Supervising and mentoring Field Credit Officers
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow a profitable loan portfolio
- Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential risks
- Ensuring adherence to credit policies and procedures
- Preparing portfolio performance reports
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in lending, credit, or portfolio management
- 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector
- Must be resident in Lagos State
