Moniepoint, a leading African fintech company, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the loan portfolio and lead a team of Field Credit Officers in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for setting performance targets, managing credit risk, and driving business growth.This role involves:
  • Supervising and mentoring Field Credit Officers
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow a profitable loan portfolio
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential risks
  • Ensuring adherence to credit policies and procedures
  • Preparing portfolio performance reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in lending, credit, or portfolio management
  • 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector
  • Must be resident in Lagos State
