Moniepoint, a fast-growing financial services platform in Africa, is seeking a Field Credit Officer for Borno State. This role involves onboarding and managing businesses for credit products, growing the loan portfolio, and ensuring timely loan repayments. The officer will assess businesses during credit applications and monitor their performance, making recommendations to management based on economic factors.
  • Onboard viable businesses and open business accounts.
  • Engage customers to ensure optimal account usage for credit qualification.
  • Review and approve loan requests through data analysis.
  • Conduct physical visits to evaluate business books and inventory.
  • Meet loan portfolio and profit targets.
  • Monitor active loan portfolio and repayment performance.
  • Minimum OND in a business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in credit products within a financial institution.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis.
  • Good knowledge of financial analysis (advantage).
  • Must be resident in Maiduguri MMC, Jere, Konduga, Dikwa, Biu, Bayo, Kwaya-kusar, Shani and Hawul.
