Job Description
Moniepoint, a fast-growing financial services platform in Africa, is seeking a Field Credit Officer for Imo State. The role involves onboarding and managing businesses accessing credit products, growing the loan portfolio, and ensuring timely loan repayments. The Field Credit Officer will assess businesses during credit applications, monitor their performance, and make recommendations to management.
  • Onboard viable businesses for Moniepoint business accounts.
  • Engage customers to encourage account usage for credit qualification.
  • Review and approve/decline loan requests through data analysis.
  • Conduct physical visits to evaluate business operations.
  • Meet loan portfolio and profit targets.
  • Monitor active loan portfolios and repayment performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND in a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with credit products in a financial institution.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis.
  • Good knowledge of financial analysis (advantage).
  • Must be a resident of Imo State.
