Moniepoint is seeking a Field Credit Officer for a contract position in Niger State, Nigeria. The Field Credit Officer will be responsible for onboarding and managing businesses accessing Moniepoint's credit products. This role involves growing the loan portfolio while ensuring profitability through timely loan repayments. The officer will assess businesses during credit applications and use innovative tools to monitor their performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard viable businesses.
  • Engage customers to ensure optimal usage of accounts.
  • Review and approve or decline loan requests.
  • Conduct physical visits to evaluate businesses.
  • Meet gross loan portfolio and profit targets.
  • Monitor active loan portfolio.
  • Perform other credit-related functions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND in a business-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with credit products in a financial institution.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis.
  • Good knowledge of financial analysis (added advantage).
  • Must be a resident in Niger State.
