Moniepoint, a fast-growing financial services platform in Africa, is seeking a Field Credit Officer in Sokoto State, Nigeria. This role involves onboarding and managing businesses for credit products, growing the loan portfolio, and ensuring timely loan repayments. The Field Credit Officer will assess businesses during credit applications, monitor their performance, and make recommendations to management, considering economic factors.
- Identifying and onboarding viable businesses.
- Engaging customers to ensure optimal account usage.
- Reviewing and approving loan requests.
- Conducting physical business evaluations.
- Meeting loan portfolio and profit targets.
- Monitoring active loan portfolios.
- Minimum of an OND in a business-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with credit products in a financial institution.
- Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis.
- Good knowledge of financial analysis (advantage).
- Must be resident in specified locations within Sokoto.
