Job Description
Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product development and strategy. This role involves owning the product lifecycle, achieving KPIs, and managing a cross-functional team. The Director will be responsible for understanding customer needs, driving product development, and optimizing product performance through analytics.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of KPIs and achieving associated goals.
- Prioritizing and executing initiatives efficiently.
- Providing effective management to the team.
- Creating and executing user research.
- Identifying product gaps and generating new ideas.
- Ensuring product delivery aligns with customer requirements.
- Defining and monitoring key product KPIs.
- Improving monitoring and delivering value to customers.
- Collaborating with technical and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (technical field preferred).
- 8+ years of experience, with 5+ in product management.
- Experience in high-growth tech or finance environments.
- Evidence of self-driven entrepreneurialism.
- Understanding of web, mobile, and backend technologies.
- Strong data analysis and user experience skills.
- Leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
