Cleo, a fast-growing fintech unicorn, is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to fundamentally change humanity's relationship with money by developing a hyper-intelligent financial advisor app. The Senior Product Engineer will join a team of adaptable engineers focused on improving users’ financial health.

The position is London based, but allows for remote work within the UK, one day a week in office optional. This role involves collaborating within a cross-functional product squad to develop new features. The Senior Product Engineer will provide technical insight, mentor colleagues, and work on the React Native application, focused on amazing user experience. They will also be involved in AB-testing, data analysis, and shaping the product strategy.

What Role Involves:

  • Joining a cross-functional product squad to develop features that improve users’ financial health.
  • Collaborating with other leaders to provide technical insight.
  • Mentoring colleagues.
  • Working on the React Native application.
  • Writing automated tests.
  • Using AB-Tests and feature flags.
  • Using data to optimize the Cleo experience.
  • Participating in the weekly app releases.
  • Shaping the squad's work and participating in product ideation sessions, user research calls, design reviews, retrospectives, ways of working sessions, product demos, OKR reviews.

Requirements:

  • Strong industry experience of using React Native / React with TypeScript for a minimum of 4 years.
  • Proven experience in mobile app development or a genuine passion for moving into the mobile app space.
