Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a Director-Product Marketing to drive the success of its products. The Director will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote solutions, engage stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to effectively position products and differentiate them in the competitive landscape.
Role Involves:
- Developing and executing product marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research and analysis.
- Collaborating with product management and sales teams.
- Creating marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
- Leading product launches.
- Managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Establishing relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare technology or healthcare IT.
- Strong understanding of value-based care models and healthcare payment reform.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analyze market data.
- Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
