Butternut Box is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to enhance customer connections through email, SMS, push, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will blend creative thinking with a strong analytical mindset to drive the sales of the Extras range. This role involves tactical campaign execution and strategic planning, collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful customer communications. This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring 3 days in the office and offering flexible work-from-home options.
Role Involves:
- Developing a roadmap of marketing communications.
- Ideating, building, and executing email and push marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance.
- Designing and executing A/B testing strategies.
- Collaborating with creative, brand, product, and operations teams.
- Leveraging customer data for personalised content.
- Exploring and implementing new tools and best practices.
- Ensuring flawless campaign execution.
- Managing e-commerce offers through the backend system.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of e-commerce email marketing experience.
- Exceptional ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Experience with automation platforms (Iterable) and BI tools (Looker).
- Understanding of email and e-commerce best practices.
- Proactive approach to planning and developing promotional strategies.
- Strong organisational skills and project management capabilities.
- Creative flair for storytelling and customer-centric campaigns.
