Turing, a fast-growing AI company based in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a Director of Business Development Operations. This role is crucial for leading proposal and pursuit operations, turning opportunities into projects. The Director will quarterback the entire process, ensuring order, speed, and excellence in a cross-functional environment.Responsibilities:

• Maintain a rigorous vetting framework for opportunities.
• Organize internal teams and ensure timely proposal delivery.
• Own the full proposal process, including structure, story, and schedule.
• Create and maintain reusable proposal assets.
• Coordinate internal team members for client meetings.
• Manage the creation and finalization of legal paperwork.

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of experience in Growth Ops, Program Management, Strategic Operations, or Sales Enablement.
• Experience with complex proposals and pitch management in a B2B setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with technology and digital products.
