Job Description
Metropolis is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support operations at assigned locations, ensuring team member performance, customer service, financials, maintenance, and safety meet company standards. The Senior Manager will conduct routine visits to locations, identify operational problems, and ensure accounts operate within budget. They will also hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees.
  • Resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate team members.

  • Prior experience creating and maintaining budgets.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using various computer applications/systems.
