Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to be the primary technical point of contact for merchants. The consultant will guide them through the design, development, testing, and launch phases of their integrations with Adyen's platform. The role focuses on ensuring an exceptional merchant experience throughout the project lifecycle. This position is based in Adyen's Amsterdam office, requiring in-person collaboration.
What this role involves:
- Creating scalable and robust solutions for merchant integrations.
- Serving as a consultative partner in verticals like e-commerce and point of sale.
- Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Overseeing high-quality project delivery and the technical integrity of merchant integrations.
- Providing consultation on optimizing payment solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience integrating with Web APIs or providing technical consultation for such integrations.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
