Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to contribute to building the world's best financial technology platform. This role requires someone with experience in Learning & Development who is eager to set a new standard for creating lasting business impact beyond traditional learning methods. The Learning & Development Business Partner will focus on building the ‘70’ of the 70-20-10 model of learning, emphasizing learning in the flow of work.

Role involves:
  • Defining, building, executing, and measuring the impact of ‘learning in the flow of work’ initiatives.
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues and learning teams to consult on needs analysis.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic insights.
  • Building a community of senior leaders who role model this approach to learning.
  • Partnering with L&D Program Managers and Specialists to build cohesive learning journeys.
  • Building the experience of ‘learning in the flow of work’ in the LMS.
  • Facilitating learning events across multiple audiences (15-20% of the time).

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Learning & Development experience in a global tech/scale-up environment.
  • Experience building end-to-end learning journeys, including instructional design, facilitation, coaching/mentoring, and impact measurement.
  • A thought leader driving impactful learning solutions based on long-term goals.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and building trust through results.
  • Role modeling a growth mindset, biased towards execution and comfortable trying new things.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing learning initiatives in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong strategic skills and the ability to connect the bigger picture to smaller projects.
