This role involves crafting impactful multi-channel strategies to significantly boost the SDR team's performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in outbound sales, a knack for creating engaging messaging, and a passion for collaborating with sales representatives.
Role Involves:
- Building and launching multi-channel outbound plays.
- Creating short, punchy outbound messaging.
- Collaborating with SDRs and Sales to refine strategies.
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Ops for system coordination.
- Integrating AI tools and automation for personalized scaling.
- Tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM, including time as an SDR.
- Proficiency in writing outbound messaging and building plays.
- Understanding of modern outbound tools and tactics.
- Ability to work closely with reps and translate strategy into action.
