YipitData is seeking a Sales Engagement Manager to enhance its outbound strategies. This role, within the SpendHound division, focuses on creating impactful, multi-channel plays to significantly improve the SDR team's performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in outbound sales, a knack for crafting compelling messaging, and a strong understanding of modern sales tools.
Responsibilities: - Build and launch multi-channel outbound plays.
- Create short, punchy outbound messaging.
- Work with SDRs and Sales to iterate quickly.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Ops for coordinated systems.
- Implement AI tools and automation for personalized scaling.
- Track and optimize performance.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in GTM, including time as an SDR.
- Proficiency in writing outbound messaging and building plays.
- Strong grasp of modern outbound tools and tactics.
- Ability to translate strategy into action.
- Creativity and a fast-moving, testing-oriented approach.
